Control of Comfort Animals in Sea Horse Park

Good morning members.

This email thing is getting old. This one deals with the absolute and total control of anyone’s comfort or service animals.

I or anyone else in Sea Horse Park should never have to mention to any owner of any comfort animal, to not let your dog poop anywhere without picking it up. This is just purely common sense. No dogs are allowed to bark incessantly period. No excuses. Animals like this are considered nuisance animals. Any owner of a nuisance animal can lose their pet’s privileges in Sea Horse Park and the animal can be banned from Sea Horse Park. Dogs or cats cannot be allowed outside without a leash. That is Pinellas County law. Please take this seriously.

Another requirement is that each and every owner of any dog or cat must have their pets vaccinated and paperwork up to date annually. That also means that your doctor must provide a letter annually stating that the owner requires a comfort or service animal. Read the rules if you do not understand this. Make life a little easier on your neighbors and Sea Horse Park by following the rules. Thanks for your cooperation.
