Clubhouse. The Clubhouse was renovated in 2019 and is ADA compliant for parking, entrance, washrooms and a water fountain. The occupancy is for 130 people. Events for dances, potlucks, darts, bingo, pancake breakfast, Coffee Klatch and Board functions are held here and posted on the bulletin board inside the Clubhouse and the website. The Clubhouse can be rented provided it does not conflict with social events or Board business.

Pool. The pool can accommodate 20 people at any one time. The Pool area includes a shower area, washroom facilities and a Tiki Hut to provide some shade. On Saturdays during the winter the pool is used as a Happy Hour gathering depending on the weather.
Shuffleboard Courts. We have 4 courts with covering at both ends
Horse shoes. We have a common area dedicated for horse shoes.
Common Areas. We have 5 common areas in the Park that do not occupy homes. The common areas are maintained by the Garden Committee.
Laundry. We have 5 coin operated washing machines, 4 coin operated dryer machines and a clothesline area located by the Pool. There is a password for entering the laundry building and washroom facilities that can be provided to you from the Park Office.
Maintenance Shed. The maintenance shed has a number of tools that can be signed out for personal use that must be returned daily.
Social Club. The Social Club holds a number of events during the year at the Clubhouse, Horseshoe pits and Shuffleboard courts. These events are self funded to cover the costs of entertainment, food and some beverages depending on the event. Events are posted on the Bulliten Board inside the Clubhouse, website and through flyers distributed by the committee.
Website. We have a responsive WordPress website that can be viewed on a desktop, laptop, iPad and mobile phone. However the mobile phone version does not contain all the website information due to restrictions on the screen size.
