  • Sea Horse Park is a Resident-Owned 55 plus Condominium Homeowner’s Association
  • The mobile home, deeded lot and one common share are included in the sale price.
  • All dwelling units in the Park must be occupied by at least one person Fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All other occupants of the dwelling units in the park must be forth-five (45) years of age or older..
  • Monthly maintenance fee ( $225 in 2024 ) includes reserve funding, water, sewer, trash pickup and lawn mowing, common area and seawall maintenance.
  • Amenities include clubhouse, heated pool and laundry facility.
  • An application for purchase must be completed.
  • A criminal and background check is required before approval of ownership and residency.
  • A $100 application fee must be paid to Sea Horse Park at time of application submission.
  • Renters:
    • Full time rentals in Sea Horse Park are not permitted as per the Park’s By-Laws.
    • A minimum of 30 days is required and a maximum of 6 months and 1 day in any calendar year.
    • Minimum age to rent in Sea Horse Park is 55. No Exceptions.
    • A criminal background check is required for each renter. The fee for this is $150 each.
  • Applicable to all, a clear and legible copy of drivers license or passport must be provided to the office.
